Martin Luther King, jr's life by Jung

Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Life                                by Jung

Hi!   I am Martin Luther King , Jr.   I was born in 1929.  In 1944 I finished high school and I went to college.  In 1948 I became a minister.  In 1953 I married Coretta Scott.

I led a boycott of the buses in Montgomery, Alabama.  Black people would not ride the buses because they could only sit at the back of the bus.  The bus protest lasted a year.  After that, blacks could  sit anywhere they want on the bus.  I decided to move back to Atlanta in 1960.  I led peaceful protests against white- only waiting rooms, lunch counters and rest rooms.  I led many marches for freedom.  In 1963 I gave my “I Have a Dream”  speech  to help black and white people live together.   In 1964 I won the Nobel Peace Prize.  In 1968 I died. Do you know what made me famous?  I was famous because I helped black and white people to live together in peace.

The end

Hi! I’m Jackie Robinson! I’m so happy to be here to talk to you all about my life! I worked hard for my family. I got in trouble a lot when I was little, the police watched me carefully when I was little, it’s because I stole things from store’s and shop’s, but my family and friend’s helped me to be a responsible, loyal, young student. I was born on January 31, 1919. My family was poor when I was little.

When I was in high school I was very athletic, but in high school and college I had to drink from a different water fountain then white people. I mean seriously, that is just wrong. The only thing that’s different between us is skin color. Like I said I was very athletic person. I played many sports. But the most famous sport I played is baseball! I was the first African American person to be in a major baseball league! Ohh! Back in the olden days! People didn’t like me just because of my skin color. I mean seriously. Naha girlfriend!  I got married to my wife! She’s so pretty! Then I had three kids, David, Shoran and, Jackie jr. I died in 1972 from old age. It was a sad day. Well.

Hello, I am Rosa Parks. (Hand wave) I was born 1913 in Alabama and I had one younger brother. His name was Sylvester. My parents divorced when I was just five years old. I had to live with my grandma, grandpa, and my mom. My mom was a teacher. I had to learn how to write when I was little.

When I was older I started being a nurse. I had to stop being a nurse because my mom was sick I didn’t want her to get really sick I felt so said for my mom so I stayed home with my mom and grandma until my mom felt better. When my mom felt a lot better I went to work at the (NAACP) I was the first African American woman to enter the (NAACP). That’s when I met Raymond. He was so interesting and amazing. I and Raymond had to think really hard and Raymond always got the answer. 1932 is when I married Raymond Parks. I and Raymond had to fight for rights. Then I met a kind man named Dr Martin Luther king Jr. He started helping me and Raymond. Martin helped a lot.

One beautiful morning I got ready for work so I got on the bus. I sat down. Then a tall man came in the bus he had no were to sit he couldn’t sit in the back so the bus driver told me to get up and go to the back I said there was not enough room so I didn’t move I refused to sit in the back of the bus. He said he would call the police I stared at the window. The police came and took me then the tall man sat down. I went to jail and I met

an African American woman named Claudette Colvin she told me to call someone to pick her up and so I did I also called someone to pick me up Raymond came to pick me up. I started getting ready for martins speech.

Me martin and Raymond stopped segregation so everyone could be together. Everything was better. I died in 2005 but everyone remembers me as the MOTHER OF CIVIL RIGHTS. I AM ROSA PARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Smile).
